HELLO! I’M EHSAN TAMANDEH

BIO

My Story

My name is Ehsan Tamandeh, and I am in the last semester of my M.Sc. in Complex Systems, Condensed Material Physics with a GPA of 3.41/4.00.

These days I am working on my thesis, which is about investigating the effect of the number of edges during the fixation time of evolutionary dynamics on the tree graphs in evolutionary graph theory, based on which I am preparing a journal paper.

I was also given the honor of being selected as the Teacher Assistant for the Thermodynamics course because of my great performance.

I am the winner of the Sparkling Talent Quota to enter the Master's without an entrance exam because of being ranked as the fifth top student among more than 50 Bachelor's students of Physics in terms of GPA which boosted my confidence and encouraged me to move forward.

Through attentively completing course assignments, I constantly tried to enhance both my theoretical and practical abilities.

As a result, I worked on evolutionary dynamics, modeling of the Monte Carlo and Ising Model for critical phenomena in Python, simulation of evolutionary game theory for a game in Python by coding with the DyPy package, and analysis of Shannon Entropy, which allowed me to learn Python, Net Logo, and MATLAB.
